Ok ryokan but is old and run down

It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus.

かみさんと2人でツインに1泊。部屋、ふろ、食事、Wi-Fiすべてに問題はないけど、取り立ててすばらしいところもないという感じです。食事のバイキングに、カニ、イクラ、ウニ、とかの豪華さを期待しているとちょっと外れると思いますが、そこそこのものを腹いっぱい食えて、夕食はアルコール付きです。食事は鍋とかを別注している人も結構いました。
