“Very easy to find with a large car park at the back. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of drinks was great with it having its own distillery. The food was beautiful and freshly prepared. The room was just as you would expect and the bed was so comfortable! The set up overall was perfect. Would go back next time we’re there. There are also busses that run outside so no need to use your car.”

“Staff were great. The valley had no water due to the drought. The staff took it in their stride. They were honest about the situation, provided bottled water and kept guests up to date with the situation which was resolved by the next morning.
The room was clean, however the paintwork could do with being refreshed. Tea / coffee stains on the wall by the kettle. The bathroom taps were loose (we tightened them) and the toilet bowl could've used a good scrub below the waterline. However, the...
