“The staff have been wonderful at every Doubletree I've stayed at and I will always recommend them. The only thing I will say is that I wish the showers were upgraded a little. Other than that you get a comfortable room that you can adjust to your temperature liking, a smart tv custom with your name when you get to your room (all apps are also signed out of at checkout), and a friendly staff that is more than welcome to help you. “Great value for cost.
Bed was comfortable. Unit was clean, smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Some dishes but some were missing. Kettles did not work.
I have to say what gave it such a great rating was the helpful staff and it was so quiet as the traffic slowed right down overnight!”
