The room was super cute and the bed was comfy but the AC was TERRIBLE. It was so hot in my room and it would not cool down below 22 despite me having it set much lower. It is also evident that the hotel knows about this as there was a tower fan in the room. Overall, loved the location and the hotel itself but the heat made it very hard to sleep.

Mae was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, welcoming, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. She truly made the difference by ensuring everything went smoothly during our daughter’s graduation celebration, which meant so much to our family. Her friendly attitude and exceptional customer service made our experience memorable. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the washroom layout, but Mae’s outstanding hospitality more than made up for it. Thank you, Mae, for making our stay so enjoyable!
