A budget hotel and it would likely be just ok f it wasn’t next to a shelter where people are clearly using stand just outside and accost you for money. The hotel itself is largely bare bones, everything from service to food is sparse. Pricing is decent and cleanliness of the room is ok, making it a reasonable choice if you have to be close by in downtown London.
