“Check inn muy lento. Atendió una llamada y yo esperando a las 23.00 hrs. Se le olvidó devolverme el pasaporte.”

“Habitación limpia”

“This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

“Cobros extras inesperados ”

“El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado .”

“The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space. Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped.”

“Buen hotel todo incluido ”

“The restaurants on the property are the best kept places! The staff gave a lot of incorrect information, the supervisor Omega is extremely rude and nasty…don’t know how to speak to people respectfully! Kayshia was extremely polite, helpful, apologetic and truly goes above and beyond…all the staff with the exception of 1 was very friendly. Housekeeping was supposed to clean my room daily, it was never cleaned in 5 days! I was supposed to have 2 butlers, I had one part time butler…when Kayshia was...

“Precioso lugar para relajarse en contacto con la naturaleza, lindos paisajes y acogedor alojamiento en un sitio patrimonial ”

“The room was clean and had beautiful views, the staff were helpful and mostly friendly! The included breakfast was not very impressive and the amount of birds flying around you while you are trying to eat your food or the birds eating off things at the buffet was not great. We tried to eat as fast as possible. Overall the views and the access to the beach is the reason why you stay here, truly gorgeous! You can also order food from anywhere on property which is pretty convenient, however it ...

“Excelente ”

“Beautiful resort with lots to offer- including a good variety of restaurants and lots of entertainment through out the day and evening. Staff members were all very friendly and informative with any questions we had!”

“This property is simply amazing! If you're looking for a nice quiet, peaceful and restful vacation this is place to be. Excellent views, natural environment and located close to beautiful beaches and restaurants in the town of Soufrier. I fully endorse this place and if it was possible I would give it 10 stars”
