“When we arrived they had overbooked. They said they could give us a "dome" instead; not what we asked for but because they had us over a barrel late in the day we took it. Staff promised us a room at the inn the next day and yes, we got it. But the dome was a nightmare - no toilet in the room, had to walk across the campus and it was pouring rain. VERY Disappointed.”

“When I checked in, everything seemed to be fine. I told my name, showed my ID. Then the lady wanted to take a picture of it. She wouldn't tell me why. She would delete it the next day. I declined. Showing her that the ID was me. She seemed confused about not letting her take a picture of MY ID. That set the tone for the motel. Its overral okay.
