1. When we first arrived at the hotel, there was a sign saying the pool was out of order until further notice. There was no notification from Expedia about this. The clerk at the front desk said they've tried numerous times to get the website updated without success. “I booked this with high expectations. I have heard good things about it for years. But the drain in the bathroom was broken, and the shower had an unsightly mark in it. A fire alarm went off in the night, and there are rain tracks nearby! The bed was awful too! Just not at all what I expected.”
