We love staying at the Hancock when we’re visiting Findlay. Great Hotel, great location downtown. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the added bonus of chocolate covered pretzels on the bed at check in. We will stay here again and again. We love walking downtown and it’s very safe.

This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, and this is in comparison to the Aria in Las Vegas. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms were clean with well thought out amenities and a spacious bathroom. Every detail was taken into account in the design of this hotel.

I travel a ton for work and this hotel is one that I repeatedly go back to for family trips (usually on the way to somewhere else but it’s a good stopping point). Always clean, quiet, and in town enough to walk to get some dinner. Staff is top tier from vallet to the cleaning crew. 10/10 recommend.

Rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The bar is nice (we didn't eat at the restaurant) All the staff is friendly and helpful. I personally don't like to have to valet park, but the attendants did a great job! The hotel is near many restaurants and shops which is very convenient. We would definitely stay hear again.
