“It was an absolute delight to stay with Nathalie and Olivier who have lovingly restored the Chateau. They were charming hosts and made the stay one to remember. The renovation of the chateau provides a modern and spacious room that has also retained the charm of the old building. The meals were delightful and prepared by the hosts using fresh local produce. I'd thoroughly recommend Malis Castera to anyone wanting to stay in the wine region.”

“This is a rustic, two bedroom cottage property about a 35 minute walk (uphill!) to St Emilion old town. Located in the the vineyards, it's fine if you have a bicycle or similar. It's only 5 mins by car but then you have parking to deal with in the town. It's on a slightly dusty track to don't arrive in heels or immaculate white clothing.
Warmly welcomed by Hassan, his wife and daughter, I was shown the shared downstairs area and my room. They do not live on the property. No elevator...

“Partner and I had such an incredible time here. Located between pomerol and st Emillion. Dream location. Owners make you feel so welcome and have an incredible understanding of the locals wines. This is a hidden gem and run by the owners from the heart. Would have loved to keep this a secret but just have to share it. Thank you thank thank you for the incredible days.”
