It was easy to find , parking area had locking gate . The only thing there was no food to order available . Unless we got back into car and drive into town . The only criticism.

The worst hotel I’ve known!!!!

I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her country on a table picked up her bag!!! Too much terrible hotel!!! Had better to not stay!!! If you would stay at this hotel, probably they must check your stuff! Be careful!!!!

Le personnel est trĂšs bien avec un bel accueil chaleureux La chambre et le lit sont corrects. L’établissement est propre. La dimension des sanitaires et de la douche sont problĂ©matiques. On se cogne facilement. A mon avis a Ă©viter pour ceux mesurant plus d’1,80 m. Voiture indispensable pour plus de confort, malgrĂ© la prĂ©sence du tram Ă  12 minutes.

 Courant d’air important au niveau de la fenĂȘtre. S’il non balayĂ© ni lavĂ©. Pas de taies d’oreillers Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ni tapis de douche. MĂȘme si le rĂ©ceptionniste a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actif, cela donne une mauvaise impression. Nous avons clairement mal dormi car pour avoir chaud, nous avons dĂ» mettre la Clim toute la nuit !

Pour ma derniÚre nuit lorsque je suis arrivé dans ma chambre j'ai constaté qu'elle n'avait pas été nettoyé, le lit pas fait et les serviettes toujours dans la douche à terre.

Lors de notre arrivĂ©, l'on nous Ă  mis dans une chambre au 1er Ă©tage laquelle Ă©tait trĂšs Ă©troite sans compter la S.D.E. / Toilette trĂšs petit. Je suis descendu voir la personne prĂ©sente Ă  l'accueil Ă  qui j'ai fais Ă©tat du constat ci-dessus et prĂ©cisĂ© que la lunette de la cuvette des toilettes Ă©tait HS. Il est comme je l'ai prĂ©cisĂ© Ă  l'accueil que cela devrait ĂȘtre signalĂ© par la ou les femmes de mĂ©nage (s) ce qui n'Ă©tait pas le cas Ă  t'il reconnu. Il est tout de mĂȘme venu voir afin de constatĂ© mes dires... Et nous Ă  proposĂ© de changer de chambre pour plus spacieux ceci aprĂšs vĂ©rification des disponibilitĂ©s, nous avons bĂ©nĂ©ficier d'une chambre au RDC tout Ă  fait convenable pour une nuit. nous passons rĂ©guliĂšrement dans votre Ă©tablissement. et cette fois ci j’ai demandĂ© Ă  ĂȘtre placĂ© en rĂ©a de chaussĂ©e. trĂšs bon accueil et Ă  l’écoute. nous avons Ă©tĂ© placĂ©s chambre 15. la chambre et la salle de bain propre, mes les canalisations doivent avoir un sĂ©rieux problĂšme, car des remontĂ©es par la douche ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. c’est dommage.
