The worst hotel I’ve known!!!!

I could not go to the hotel by strike on the first day, but I could arrive on second day. However, they DID cancel without telling me despite I already paid for two days!!!Also they accepted with other customers to my room!! Then, they said that you should pay once again if you want to stay today! For worse condition room!!! I explained my situation and complained them...but they never paid back money!!! Also my friend stayed at this hotel. A cleaning person put all her food she brought her country on a table picked up her bag!!! Too much terrible hotel!!! Had better to not stay!!! If you would stay at this hotel, probably they must check your stuff! Be careful!!!!

Personnel très sympathique, mais chambres peu fonctionnelles, salle de bain très très petites... nous y sommes resté 2 nuits: chambre non faite et serviettes pas changées (nous les avions laissées par terre pour être changées car une seule pouvait être suspendue, dans une chambre de 3), pas d'intimité entre chambre et salle de bain car porte à galandage qui ne fermait pas bien... peu de choix au petit déjeuner, rien de frais (même le pain), literie pas top non plus ... pas cher mais ne vaut clairement pas plus

Je remercie beaucoup Bastien qui était à l'accueil le soir de mon arrivée mais aussi au petit-déjeuner tôt. Il savait que j'étais dans la région pour un marathon, et il m'a gentiment proposé un petit-déjeuner offert (je ne l'avais pas réservé) avec la délicate attention que je sois en forme pour la course. C'est un petit geste mais qui fait énormément plaisir, non pas pour le gain mais pour le côté humain et chaleureux. Indépendamment de cette anecdote, la chambre était très bien. Je recommande donc.
