“I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. “Off the beaten track and down lots of side streets from Pudu MRT. Friendly front desk and clean room. Can be a little noisy from the road.....A windowless room would solve that problem. There is no pool and never will be and the water in the taps isn't always hot but it is hot outside so why worry? Fabulous view of the Narwhal, especially at night.”
