Overall experience was good but if you want a peaceful relaxing experience I would not book it it’s more for families with children as the hotel was very busy and loud. The spa was overally priced and the package that I booked included pedicure but the therapist did not even do it properly, she quickly just scrubbed my feet for few seconds and she was done.

First of all, the service was excellent. But there are a few things i need to mentioned abt the hotel, 1. During our 7 night stay, our safety deposit box malfunctioned 3 times 2. Not like other 5* hotel that provided proper slippers, here they provided cheap thongs that very umcomfortable to wear. 3. The worse wifi compared to any places that we stayed so far, we stayed in lvl 1, room 131, avoid if u dont want super slow wifi. 4. The lobby doesnt have sufficient sofa for guest to sit, they have only 2 table with few sofa on the corner, or if u dont want to sit at the pub, u have to sit outside near the pool with warm weathers, great! 5. Bottled water provided everyday but sadly using very cheap thin plastic that when u try to open it, it always leaked everywhere. 6. Overall, it was okay, will stay again but i know what to avoid next time and will bring my own slipper.

hotel is quite remote from anything and not fast to get a taxi. aircon system could be noisy and breakfast was quite so so in term of quality. Room spacious, great TV entertainment and although couldn't enjoy it, the pool looked nice.

I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice.
