“Overall a good hotel, probably give it 4 stars not 5. Reception could do with reading customer payment situation better, waiter in restaurant not knowing the dishes and looking confused when asked to check (this is a cust serv training issue). Another issue with 2 cleaning staff members not understanding basic English cleaning instructions. One saving grace was the excellent barman initial 'D' who really did the place justice.”

“It was a peaceful environment with lovely, well maintained grounds including the pool. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful and were happy ro solve any issues which arose.”

“Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment.”

“Liked the amenities and breakfast was great! Lots of diff foods, both local and western. Staff were very nice. Housekeeping was the only downer, shower stall was clogged, they were quick to send someone to fix, then daily housekeeping staff had to be reminded to replace various things.”
