“The View to Mount Etna was the best, the garden house was well looked after so you enjoy the green areas and the calmness there. wished to spend more time there but had plans to go out for most of the day so was good overall. would definitely recommend it for couples who want to escape the city and enjoy the view.”

“Lindo hotel”

“Overall the hotel is fine, but we had a dissapointing experience upon our arrival. The room that was appoitend to us smelled really badly like cigarettes (in a way that it was like entering an ash tray). “Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless.

“Personal”

“It is not a 4 star hotel… the shower was rusty, the walls are paper thin and you can’t regulate the temperature… it should be a 3 star hotel ”
