The views and surrounding landscape are absolutely top-notch. Both the breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent, and the hotel's location is very convenient, with the city center within walking distance. However, the guest rooms are in need of renovation, particularly Room 519 where I stayed on my first night. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the fan speed could not be adjusted. In addition, the shower drain did not function properly, causing water to accumulate during use.

Hotel was good overall Location is really great with Taormina's main high street areas 10 min walk away The pool area is also so nice with beautiful views of the surrounding hills However, the public areas really need attention, as the reception, lobby, dining areas, bedroom corridors and lift etc . . . are terrible and look like they have not been updated since the 1960s Not being able to use the pool until 9.30 and after 6 pm is also rather annoying Breakfast is good though Also bad advice given by the hotel in terms of car parking - leading to a close on crash encounter with a nearby motorbike

I stayed at the Ariston Hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. The hotel is very difficult to access, especially by car. The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient. The reception staff, in several instances, did not seem adequately prepared to assist guests or handle requests efficiently. This negatively impacted the overall experience. The rooms are quite basic, particularly the bathrooms, which feel outdated and poorly equipped. The amenities provided are minimal and below what one would expect for this type of hotel. On a positive note, the breakfast is very good, with a decent variety and quality. Despite this, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location! Pool and close to everything!

Would come back with no hesitation! Hotel was situated on a hill above the sea but with elevators it was totally assessible. Lovely pool, 2 min walk to the bus station that brings you to the train station for 1.1 euros! 4 minute walk to restaurants and 10 minute flat walk to Messina Gate which is where the beautiful streets with restaurants and shops are located. Just a perfect stay!

Excellent location for the bus station and a short walk to the town centre. Lovely pool area. Very clean. Sicilian night highly recommended. Buffet and food very good. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had wished we were in the main building with some sort of balcony or view but our building was still maintained fairly well and we had a lot of space in our room! We really loved the area since it was very close to the cable car and to the historic city center. We also really loved the hotel for its views, terrace and views. It is important to note parking must be reserved ahead of time! And it is a short but hilly walk. There may also be a long walk to your room so that’s another note! The staff were all very friendly and helpful!
