“Hotel is clean and has an onsite bar and onsite restaurant. Convenient to everything in town, just a few feet away. No view of the waterfront next door. if you just need a place close to the beach, this is acceptable, but NOT in hot weather. Hotel has no Air Cond. Room window was tiny, so even though it's 15 outside, it is unbearably hot at midnite in the room. Room also faced the main street, so lots of noise all night long - request a room not in the front of the hotel. Hotel staff leaves...

“It is an older property but, it has a nice charm to it. I found it peaceful, easily within walking distance of the bus and places to eat. The staff was helpful, accessible and kind. I would stay here again.”

The restraunt and bar being onsite meant that we didn't have to go searching for somewhere in the local area. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice. A great place to stay close to Coleraine and the north coast. I really recommend it.”

There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment...
