Really enjoyed my stay. I had a single room but still had a double bed, which was very comfortable. The room was clean and well furnished and the en-suite was also great. Breakfast was excellent and the view from the bay windows is stunning. The service and friendliness from staff was perfect. Would certainly recommend.

The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Loved the fact that the hotel had recently been refurbished from an old grand townhouse in a terrace which looked over the Skerries and sea - close to town and beach.

Staff & presentation very good

Customer service & presentation of hotel were very good. Experience was ruined by several "boy racers" & their mates making deafening noises as they raced cars, skidded & did wheelspins until after 2am. They were also setting off car alarms in front of the hotel. I would not return as this is a common occurrence in front of the hotel.

Hidden Gem

The Elephant Rock Hotel is a hidden gem in Portrush on the coast of Northern Ireland (Giants Causeway) ….. it is located on a strip of row houses that honestly is a undeveloped goldmine. It is just beautiful!!! I stayed alone the town is adorable ( I stayed in August) but it was booming with activity… clearly a summer hot spot. The Elephant Rock is clean, affordable, really cute, has beautiful decor, wonderful staff and a very popular restaurant overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend!

As a single traveller my room was on the lower floor overlooking a wall with a single bed. Who sleeps in a single bed? Should be replaced with at least a Queen sized bed! And room way to hot,
