If you want to visit the Giants Causeway & see it without the crowds… This is the place to stay! Once the other tourists have gone, you can walk out in the evening (after about 6.30pm) & early morning (before 8.45am) & be there all alone! Also, watching the sunset on your terrace is special. But, what makes this hotel, are the amazing staff who (despite being really busy) are just SO friendly & helpful :-)

Great location, nice hotel but it can use an update. The staff was very friendly. The food at the restaurant and at breakfast was very good. It needs modern amenities like charging outlets. It should also be better supplied with complementary water, shampoo and conditioner, shower cap, etc. as in most hotels. TV in the room wasn’t working. But the site was amazing!

A very warm welcome from the staff who were attentive throughout my short stay. A good breakfast in the pleasant period atmosphere of the traditional dining room. For a 3 star hotel the rooms were well appointed - each with its own coffee pod machine. Wonderful sea views from many of the rooms.

Great location. The closest thing to the Giants Causeway, literally a few minutes walk away. Lovely welcoming staff. Nice food and a lot of breakfast options. The staff were lovely,room was clean and fresh, breakfast very nice. Our problem was we paid extra money for a sea view and we actually had a view of a hedge and a walking path. If we wanted to see the sea we had to go out unto the patio and peek round tge side to see the sea. Not really the sea view we paid for.

This hotel is not for you if you want modern key carded rooms. Most certainly there is a regal atmosphere in its accommodation. The bedroom gave me concern as it was at the top of the main stairs and could have been noisy however that was not the case. It was quiet and very adequate in value for money. The staff also are very professional in their attitudes and yet were very accommodating in everything which was very pleasing. Breakfast and dinner were of high standard. Again the staff were very helpful and accommodating. All in all the Teo night break was very relaxing with a great area to explore. The view from the room was also an experience in showing off the North Coast of our beautiful country of Northern Ireland. Thanks to all at the Causeway Hotel.
