Great sea view, nice rooms (bathrooms however on the tiny side), very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast with the view. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Maiori right on SS163 without a parking lot, so you have to walk to town to get to your car or rely on the hotel’s shuttle service.

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating as we all arrived as a group of 8 at different times. They were able to keep us all on the same floor and the room type were as promised. The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe. The front desk staff was helpful in dining recommendations as well as directions to the beach. All of their "local" recommendations were amazing! The treck to the beach was up and dosn many stairs but not the fault of the hotel. We would highly recommend a stay at the Bellevue.

Beautiful and quiet location, parking (very important if you have a rental), friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in the best spot to reach in both directions: to Amalfi on one side, or to Positano and Sorrento on the other side. There is a buss station steps from the hotel entrance and few really good restaurants close by. We will chose it again when we travel this way!

We stayed for two nights and we liked several things. We arrived around 10 AM, before the 2 PM check-in, and the owner kindly kept our luggage and called when the room was ready around noon. The room was comfortable, everything worked, housekeeping was good, and staff arranged a porter to the bus stop at checkout. The other staff were also polite and helpful.
Unfortunately, our experience was affected by interactions with the owner.
When we left our luggage, my wife asked whether it was safe in the hallway. The response that “nobody is interested in your luggage” felt unnecessarily abrupt. A simple reassurance would have been more appropriate.
The more serious issue was at breakfast. We are vegetarian and asked about alternatives given the limited selection. The owner brought some tomatoes, which we appreciated. However, when my wife pointed out that some fruit appeared old and asked about other options, the conversation became confrontational. We were told that if we needed so many things, we should stay at a five-star hotel. The following day, my wife was again described as “complicated” and told to stay at a five-star hotel.
The conversation escalated, with raised voices in front of other guests. We felt it could have been handled more calmly and professionally.
The hotel has many positives, but the owner’s handling of the situation overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

If I could rate this a ten star I would. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! Views were spectacular!! Food was delicious!! I can’t say enough about how accommodating the staff was, from ordering take out for us, driving us to our destination and overall friendliness! We will return here a million times over !!!
