We loved staying at Hotel Plaza. The hotel nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Location is excellent. It is right in the center so we went lots of places by walking. Hotel staff members are friendly, polite and very helpful.

The farthest walk is to the marina and seafood district, but not a problem for us. Very near shopping and old town. Lots of food in both directions. Wonderful staff and good breakfast. Not the best view in the city but the price was worth the value. Lots to do around the city and nearby region. Enjoyed a two day stay very much.

Lovely hotel, v friendly staff, lovely bathroom & comfy beds, nice breakfasts, great location with minimal walk to central area of Sorrento. Horizon pool on roof was v cool with great views! Struggled to find it by car initially as roads bit confusing around there. Also parking wasn't included (which wasn't stated) so had to pay extra for valet service offsite. Electrics kept shorting out in our room and alternative room was offered instead.

Great location. Great hotel. Great gym. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the rooftop bar because they were working on renovations. Also, we sat at the tables outside to eat sandwiches one afternoon & were asked to leave even though we were staying at the hotel. I was disappointed how we were treated.

We had a good stay. The hotel is very close to all attractions and train station. The only drawback is that the room we had is very small, the bed is comfortable but almost no room to move around. Bathroom is also small. Breakfast is very nice. We also stayed at a hotel (Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais)next door and felt it’s much better.

Hotêl was very nice. Centrally located. Hotel staff was not welcoming, nor did they offer any assistance with tours or information. Breakfast had a lot but could have had different options on the days. Had to ask for extra towels daily (towels for 2 when we were a party of 3). Overall would stay again - room was spacious for 3.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. It started when we were greeted with an upgrade to our room and the staff making sure we had a good experience with the driver they arranged from the airport. Then the wonderful gentleman who was our host for breakfast who always had a smile and kind words. BTW - breakfast was awesome! Then the culmination was the help we received when I left my phone at a cafe in Capri and the staff was kind enough to help me track down and recover it! The location of the hotel itself is perfect for getting to the local restaurants and the ferries to the islands. Look no further - this is your hotel! Thank you to the staff for making our vacation such a wonderful experience!!

Expedia and the property boast of a beautiful roof terrace from which you can see the sea, no such thing. It's under construction. Also, I thought I ordered a room with two twin beds, and it turned out to be a double in a small room that looked like a prison cell. The hotel manager worked it out and put us in a comfort room with two twin beds. ALWAYS request a comfort or deluxe room or you may be in for a rude awakening. On a more positive note, the breakfast was the best and the location couldn't be better. Very close to the train station and the main part of the town. Perfect location!!

Great property in a great location!

Great option, very comfortable, very spacious, but most importantly, in a great location! Walkable to most restaurants, the Marina Grande, and all of the shopping.
