The hotel is extremely well located, right in front of the beach, and not too far from the ferry dock. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served at the rooftop with the best view! I recommend it.

Very good breakfast buffet that can be eaten on covered outdoor terrace with beautiful view. Clean property. Several rooms (showers, furniture) and room corridors (unpainted damaged walls) need some maintenance and basic renovation to meet "4-star" standards. Definitely take room with Sea-View balcony, which adds significant value to stay. Rooms with view of city (or "partial view of water) not appealing.

The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located right in front of the sea on the promenade. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not cool properly, so we felt hot every night. The pillows were not very good either. The hotel terrace is very pleasant, and you can enjoy an incredible view while eating there. The breakfast was excellent, with many options, all very homemade and delicious. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

I dont knwo what to say the people at the desk were nice, enough save one. Same at the bar slash resturant, staff was nice, ignoring the women who took every opportunity to call us cheap and complain about what we ordered in italian thinking I didnt know what she was saying. It wasnt clear in the reservation or at check in that breakfast was included just that it was on the roof, so we only got to use it on the last day which i dont know if i prefered that to what the town offered anyway unless your after eggs. Rooms were not serviced by default you had to hang a sign on the door, which I also must have missed at checkin. The doors were not at all secure and the walls were paper thin you could snoring and conversations in every direction.

We had the perfect week at Hotel Panorama in Maiori. This is a wonderful hotel in the center of the quaint town of Maiori. The rooftop pool was a relaxing way to end our days at the beach. Across from the hotel, Hotel Panorama has a beach with umbrellas, comfortable chairs, and food & beverage service delivered to you at your request. There is a daily fee for the beach. During the week we paid 15 euros for a 4th row umbrella with 2 chairs. On Saturdays & Sundays the price is more than double that. However, you can go to the public beach if you want to save the money. One of the best features of Hotel Panorama is the wonderful breakfast included in your stay. The views are amazing each morning, and there is a wonderful variety of food to suit everyone. We also had a great dinner at their rooftop restaurant. The room was cleaned daily and the beds were quite comfortable. We loved the seafront balcony room with views of the water. The staff at Hotel Panorama are fantastic and so helpful. Maiori is nice for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of busier towns in the Amalfi Coast. You can easily take the ferry to Amalfi and other towns. I would highly recommend this hotel!
