“Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend.”

We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. “It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful”
