“Room was spotless, quiet and perfectly positioned. We stayed in the Jill pod. All the Staff couldn’t do enough and the on site restaurant is a visual marvel. Breakfast was beautiful.”

“I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm.”
