The seaweed needed to be removed at the beach. The rooms need to be updated near the beach. They were clean but could use some touch ups. Also, the mosquitoes were hard on me in my room and I did not leave my door open. The food was okay. I did get sick though and I am not sure if it was the food or the pool but I was down for a aday or two. The staff made it worth it. They were great.

The entire property was beautiful and had a relaxing atmosphere. The food and breakfast were delicious, with great options to enjoy. We spent a very good week with the family. Staff are friendly, the buffet was good and the kids loved the slide and the shows. However, for dinner we never had a chance to try the other restaurants, despite our many attempts and seeing some table empty, which was quite frustrating. We have also the impression that we should pay for tips anytime, which doesn’t make us comfortable. Also another area of improvement is the airport pickup. We were waiting long time at the airport and we reached the hotel 2h after arrival.
