“The location is great. We loved having the Old Fleece pub next door. The amenities are nice. The biggest issue with this accommodation is the lack of air flow. It can get warm and stuffy in warmer weather. There are no windows, and keeping the door open at night was not an option for us.”

Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all sorts of problems. We checked in eventually after 45 minutes or so. “This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. “This was a beautiful, unique 220-year-old flat that provided a comfortable and clean stay for my family of six. We loved the location and accommodations our only disappointment is that we didn't see a ghost 😉. We would 100% stay here again. It was lovely.”

“The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. “This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep.”
