“My family had a fantastic stay here. The place itself is wonderful, set in a beautiful traditional Balinese family complex, and the villa area is spacious, quiet and private. The kids loved the pool and really appreciated the supplied floaty toys. The photos represent the property we'll, everything is comfortable and overall it's a very relaxing and enjoyable environment to spend time in. The location is also great, the Penestanan area is nice and a bit more chilled out than central Ubud, but...

“Pase unos dias excelentes”

“大通りから細い道を400メートル進むので、車は入れません。 歩くことは可能ですが、夜の暗い道は子連れだと大変です。 チェックインとチェックアウトの時は スタッフがバイクで荷物も人も運んでくれます！ 完全にプライベートなヴィラなので、開放感はありとてもよかったです。 部屋の中の照明が暗く、雰囲気はありますが、PCでの仕事や子どもの夜ご飯などでは明るさが物足りなかったです。 家族3人で泊まりましたが、お湯が途中から出なくなります。次の日には復活するので、タンク？か何かのお湯が足りなくなるようです。 料理器具はいろいろありますが、 電子レンジ、洗濯機はありません。 温めてができなかったり、洋服の洗濯が出来ないのは長く泊まる時は不便です。 スタッフはとてもいい人でしたので、 そこは気持ちよくとまれました。”

“Aussenanlage ist sehr schön, viel Potenzial. Allerdings ist alles in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aussenanlage aber vor allem die Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Renovierung. Die freundlichen Angestellten wirkten nicht sehr motiviert und mussten teilweise gesucht werden. Frühstück nicht zu empfehlen, Mittagessen und Abendessen gab es nicht, obwohl es offiziell und auf der Karte angeboten wurde. Zudem liegt das Hotel an einer viel befahrenen Strasse und aktuell an einer grossen Baustelle....
