We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Bali Kuta. The hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located in the heart of Kuta, right next to the stylish Beachwalk Shopping Center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We travelled around Bali and stayed in several places, but the service from the Marriott staff here was by far the best. We would happily stay again!

Booked last minute and kept extending our booking for a total of six nights. Well located above the Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Incredibly clean, quiet, exception staff and amazing cocktails at happy hour. Easy walk through mall to places to eat/shop/massages. Pool large and clean. Would definitely stay again. Beds super comfortable, plenty of bottled water provided each day. Breakfast fabulous has everything you would need. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Kuta.

A lovely stay, beautiful room and surroundings and amazing staff. My only gripe was that we had a room with a pool view which meant we had our own seating area overlooking the pool. Well 2 men from a particular family with noisy children decided to come and sit on our decking area, smoking whilst their wives and children played in the pool right infront of our room, when I went out to move them, they couldn't understand what the issue was and even tried to leave their cigarette packets behind on our table! Sadly it put a dampener on what would have been a lovely stay. I mentioned this to the staff but not sure if any signage will be put up for future.

Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The environment was quiet and the location is near a shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and food hunting. 😊 However, I found a hair in my plate during the breakfast buffet. I hope the team can be more careful when handling food to ensure better hygiene in the future.
