Vacations Close To Paseo Herencia Shopping Mall

Was greeted by the owner Teska when I arrived. She has a very good energy and positive personality. The rest of the staff is also very pleasant. The room was super clean, AC ice cold and nice comfortable bed. They take care of every detail and it shows. The grounds are beautiful with the tropical trees and plants in the open space. The breakfast they make for you is top tier. The pancakes are amazing and the coffee is delicious. They have beach towels for you to use each day and the location is close to eagle beach and other attractions. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend. The value is great.

I went to the pool and came back to my room before check out and my stuff was missing. Souvenirs and money stolen from my room. I called multiple times and even had my bus circle back to the hotel to be told “it happens” and there was nothing they could do for me. I will never stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. We have no complaints! I would recommend the Rui to everyone.

We had a nice stay overall, but for a Secrets resort, I expected more. The rooms were just okay and didn’t really have the upscale feel I was expecting. The food was mediocre at best, and the drinks were disappointing, especially the quality of the liquor being served. One of the highlights was definitely having access to beautiful Baby Beach. Unfortunately, there was no beach service, which felt like a missed opportunity for an all-inclusive resort. Aruba itself is absolutely beautiful, and we enjoyed our trip, but the resort experience didn’t quite live up to the level of quality and service we’ve come to expect from Secrets.

Basic hotel. The water in the shower only gets a little warm. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The location is perfect as it’s close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. Pool area was nice.
