Vacations Close To Paseo Herencia Shopping Mall

The room was big beautiful and spotless. It had everything we needed from dish soap and sponges to an entire clothes rack for our bathing suits, etc. the grounds were gorgeous, pool was perfect, location excellent. Beach is also beautiful. Service at passions was a bit slow but that is my only tiny complaint. Front desk people were a pleasure to speak with. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time at this resort. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful grand entrance and impressive architecture give the property a very special feel. The resort itself was very clean, beautifully designed, and had a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the food. The buffet had a great selection and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved the layout of the restaurants and the overall dining experience. The cleaning staff deserves a special mention as well — they were friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. The pool area was another highlight. There were plenty of activities around the pool, creating a fun and lively atmosphere without taking away from the relaxing resort experience. And of course, the beach was absolutely beautiful! The beach and the gorgeous water were definitely among our favorite parts of the trip. There were just a few things that could be improved. We noticed an unpleasant bathroom- type odor in the elevator and hallway near our room, the room floor could have been mopped a little better before check-in, and bathroom necessities could have been replenished more generously. We also experienced a delayed check-in and would have appreciated a little more assistance from the hotel staff while we waited. These were relatively small things compared to everything we enjoyed about the resort. We’ll be back.

The hotel is old and buffet is cheap food everyday same thing

We're here 2 years ago and lived it, came back to celebrate our 24th anniversary and what a treat. From checking in concierge, bus boys ride drivers., waiters and staff, to bartenders. impeccable service!

Great pool and beautiful beach. Plenty of restaurants choices at the complex and surrounding area. Highly recommended

An Exceptional Stay at Ocean Z Boutique Hotel Our stay at Ocean Z Boutique Hotel in Aruba was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. It was clear that great attention was given to every detail to ensure guests have a relaxing and memorable experience. The outside shower was amazing at night time!!  The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. A very special thank you to Xiomara, who was truly the star of the show! She went above and beyond to make sure every one of our needs was taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests made our stay even more special. She is an incredible asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the wonderful way she represents Ocean Z. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful touch and a great way to start each morning. One of the highlights of the property is its location. You can simply walk to the beach right in front of the hotel and enjoy the incredibly clear water, where you can see beautiful fish swimming right from the shore. It was such a peaceful and beautiful experience and made our stay feel like a true Caribbean getaway. Ocean Z Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful accommodations and excellent service to the wonderful staff and stunning surroundings, everything came together to make our stay amazing!
