The Ritz is beautiful! The beach is 10 out of 10! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. We also enjoyed the Spa and were happy with the services. Our room was ocean view and we enjoyed the unobstructed view of the pool and beach. Prepare for pricey cocktails and food. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay and I found nearly all of the staff to be very welcoming and engaging. The one exception was the hostess at the steakhouse on Friday evening. Maybe she was having a bad evening. We took a quick look at the menu and went elsewhere. In contrast, the staff near the pool and the adjacent dining area were fabulous.

Every single staff member we encountered were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Josh and Kendrick helped make our check in and check out process smooth. They gave us wonderful advice for our future travels. We had the best time at the beach. I didn’t mind going early to get seats. Dylwin, Chris and Antoine did an amazing job. They ensured that we were well taken care of. Louisa and Jesus were absolutely wonderful at BLT. Property, location and room were great. Only thing is the prices for drinks on the beach were absurd. $25 for a coconut water that cost $5 in the hotel shop. Would stay again

Had a wonderful time staying at the Ritz for a family vacation. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The beach was beautiful and has everything you need.
