Exactly as advertised! Super convenient location and staff was very friendly.

The rooms were nice and it was clean.

Kids amenities were not there, bicycles weren’t in use until the last day we were there, wednesday night DJ never happened, Most of Hotel staff knows nothing about what’s going on in the hotel. Had many problems with the room, water pot didn’t work they were sending up another, waited, no pot until the next day, shower water ran out the doors onto to floor, they were there twice in 2 days to check it, at one point we went to dinner to come back at 11:00pm to find my room left open, mechanic never released the lock latch. They said they d send security up to see what time that was left open from, no on ever came. I went down to the desk and explained what happened, the snotty front desk girl there told, what do you want me to do ?? Really, I said, get your manager would and let them know, I gave up on the water leaking situation and just threw towels to sop up the water, they had to switch the refrigerator and the air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold, . We had 2 rooms, I with my grandkids and my daughter & Sil in the other. I spent more time on the phone then enjoying my vacation with my family. A lot of things needing attention, wood borders coming off in the bathrooms, lobby bathroom, very run down and shows. We did get compensated for a few things but I would have rather been able to do the things we wanted to do. The Hair braiding & Henna tattoos were not there. The food was not so great not were the choices. I wouldn’t go back nor recommend it there. Managers were great.
