Horrible stay. There was some sort of an animal in our wall. I think it was a rat. I stayed here before and it was decent. This time we packed up and left and went to a much nicer property

pool bar was always closed. The staff was rude, and the food not good. Excellent location tho and the pool was nice, but small.

I don’t like the pool bar hours, they close at 5:00pm every day , there is not music and also i don’t like the premium packaged , we pay extra$400 for two guest , and we drinked the same as the regular all inclusive
