“HORRIBLE!! ES UN HOTEL VIEJO, SUCIO Y MAL MANTENIDO. SU PERSONAL MUY AMABLE PERO ESO NO DA COMODIDAD Y CONFORT PARA DESCANSAR. LAS HABITACIONES HUELEN A MOHO, EN LA PRIMERA QUE NOS DIERON APESTABA. MUY MAL QUE NO PONGAN ATENCIÓN AL ESTADO DE SUS CUARTOS Y LIMPIEZA. ”

“This is a unique property in a cute rural setting. I could see how it’s not for everyone and it’s most definitely non-traditional. However, the setting is beautiful and the accommodations are adorable. Bed was comfortable, staff were pleasant; although for the most part we were on our own for check in, etc. No issues there, clear communication with directions and door codes were provided. There are indeed a number of ‘rules’ but I saw them more as a guide for how to use this special property...

“I understand this was an eco lodge. However, there is no air and little cross breeze. Our bed was broken, there were not enough towels (only 3 for 5 people), we were encouraged to shower by turning the water off while we used soap, the pots and pans were so dirty that some could not be cleaned. The worst was that the staff was unprofessional. They did not communicate effectively, they were dismissive about simple requests (like "how to check in") and once we did check in we NEVER heard from...
