The shuttle service to and from the mall and airport was excellent- the drivers were very pleasant and efficient.Breakfast was adequate not great and there was no housekeeping during the 3 days of our stay.

The hotel is currently under renovation, including the hotel check-in desk. Check-in starts at 4 pm. I arrived shortly before 5 and there were literally hundreds of people in a line that wrapped around the casino. A man was going down the line, assisting people with doing online check-in on their phones, but you still had to wait in the line to get the room key. I waited in this line with the other guests for 50 minutes. When I got up to the actual desk, there were only 4 employees there to check in these hundreds of guests. Then, once I finally got to the counter, they only had me listed for a one night stay when I was booked, months in advance,for a 4 day stay. This held up the process and line even more because it took two of the counter people to fix the problem. I will say that the people working at the counter were pleasant and polite, especially considering they were seriously understaffed and working under pressure. Like I mentioned previously, the hotel lobby area was undergoing major renovations. The area was kept clean and there was ample room to safely traverse. The hotel room was comfortable and the shower pressure and hot water were great. I ate in several of the dining venues during my stay (steakhouse, noodle cafe, pizza stand, cafe and coffee shop). The food and service were all good, but overpriced. During our stay, we attended some concerts at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater. The hotel offers bus shuttle service to the venue and it was convenie

The day I was to check out. My flight was scheduled to leave around 9am. So the night before I went to the front desk and told the front desk my room number and asked for a 6am wakeup call and never got a call.

Front desk was not very friendly. Did not make a great impression. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Shower was nice and enjoyed the breakfast.
