The room was dirty and the door didn't open/close very well. The linens were nice though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Waterpark was a bonus and well maintained. Overall, I'd give the hotel stay a 5/10.

The bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t know the water park wasn’t open until Thursday luckily we stayed on a Wednesday night and didn’t have anywhere to be on Thursday so we were able to use the water park but it was definitely disappointing not having access to it on Wednesday evening liked we had planned. The staff was great and let us have a late checkout since we were in the area for an interview. It was a nice time all in all.

I would give this hotel a rave review. They had an issue with the hot water heater and so for two days we did not have hot water. They did figure out an alternative and were very accommodating to us and did give us a free night and free swim passes and free breakfast. So with something that was out of their control I think they handled it quite well and we were taken care of. Would 100% go back. The Waterpark was lots of fun! Also close to a couple restaurants and gym. The breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast. One of the better ones I have had.

Beautifully updated hotel rooms and common areas! Friendly staff that is very accommodating with requests. The water park could use updating, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun. The poolside restaurant had a good food and drink menu with fast service. Our room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was perfect for families and very affordable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!
