“The hotel well maintained and clean, both kaiseki dinner and breakfast was excellent. Onsen have 1st floor indoor ginsen & kinsen for hotel guests, 2nd indoor/3rd open air bath open for public. Staff very attentive and helpful especially for shuttle bus and helping me to get to the bus station and catching the correct bus.
When check in, they really patient to explain each floor amenities and dinner/breakfast location, also there's welcome drink lounge self serve. I'll definitely stay again on...

“This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there).
