Ocean City Vacations

Was very impressed with the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly the bed was easily the most comfortable of any stay i've had anywhere. Highly recommend if this place is in your budget.

The hotel staff is wonderful! Location is perfect for walking to the Wharf and Space Needle. Unfortunately the location is also filled with homeless people. There is a security guard at night and early morning.

The hotel was loud, overcrowded and understaffed. Only one elevator was working when we were there, leaving people stranded with big bags on every floors. People were complaining about missing flights and cruise connections, and the hotel was not doing anything to help the situation or apologize. The room was quiet and comfortable, but this didn’t make up for the lack of services and support from staff. Definitely not worth the expense and hassle!

Property was nice. Valet parking is the only option, but they had your car ready to go immediately. Nice place, close to all touristy stops downtown Seattle. Easy to get to the Ferry’s.
