Charming rooms in a gorgeous setting. The walk down to the beach is nearly as beautiful as the beach itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It makes a perfect home base for exploring the surrounding areas on the Olympic Peninsula. For the price, it is great value.

The Ocean Crest Resort had a homey atmosphere, nicely remodeled and great location just off the highway. Nice ocean view with almost a tree house feel. Not good beach access if you can’t handle stairs - but we enjoyed it.

Great restaurant Tuesday to Saturday dinner. Pricey but very nice with great food and service. Room was dated but clean and a true 1 bedroom separate from living area with fireplace and kitchen. Pool, hot tub, sauna across street but very nice.

The location is unbeatable. Our room looked out over the lush ravine where a winding staircase takes guests from the top of the bluff, through the trees and rhododendrons, to the ocean below. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, both in views and food. We'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a low-key relaxing beach vacation. Great for families or a romantic getaway.

The view from our room was breathtakingly beautiful, and the room was clean. That said, the room and property were rundown, with areas rusty, torn, and stained. Without air conditioning, the place was stifling on a warm day. Good thing the weather cooled down, or I don't think we could have continued to stay. It was, sadly, not at all worth the steep price.

Overall, the pictures are very deceiving: the “resort” is actually just a motel. While the rooms were clean and the view was breathtaking, the place is very old and not well maintained, some rooms are closed for - hopefully- renovation. Some rooms are outright unsafe. We were scared to use the balcony in our room, as it was visibly sloping on one side and somewhat wobbly. Maybe, the new building is better, though one of the balconies there is - well - definitely not usable (and hopefully, they do not rent the room). Restaurant food was tasty, but overpriced ($50 for the entree on Moclips? Guys, we are not in LA or San Francisco).

100% worth the stay! It was amusing watching guests walk the catwalk and cross the road in their floor-lengh, hotel-provided bathrobes to get to the hotel's clubhouse to swim and soak. This property will be difficult to "check-out" of because it has a cultish appeal that transcends the typical seaside vacation air b&b. In short, I don't want to leave!
