“Parking was $50 through the check-in process. We found overnight parking a block away at Hardy parking for $25. The pet charge was $35, almost double of the usual rate. We had kids running/stomping on the floor above us most of the day and night. should’ve picked a different place. This ended up being more expensive than a much nicer location. I don’t recommend it. It was very clean though.”

“We had room 4 and the beach was beautiful but the room was soooo DIRTY! Whoever mopped the floors left dirt swirls on the floor, the sheets had stains, it was probably the dirtiest room I have ever been in! Plus the furniture and walls were gross! I didnt even sleep under the covers. YUCK!”

“Great location if you are wanting to travel around Northern Michigan. Cute town with a convenient grocery store, Mammoth Distillery Lounge and great little pizza place. Check in was easy, but no personal communication from owners. Only automated messages. Unit could have been cleaner. There was sand on the floor and some laundry in the dryer which was strange. “It was a good value, the property was large and a good value. They have a strange rule that you can’t use the pool unless you book directly. There’s lot of mosquitoes and other wild life in the area. I did find it a little strange there was no front desk for check in but the locks to our room worked and we had no issues during our stay.”
