Nicely run hotel in the middle of everything. The room was clean with a nice bathroom and comfy bed, but as expected with older hotels, the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors conversations clearly.

This is an old , but quaint hotel ! That is what we love about it , all the rooms are different ! We have stayed here many times , have been coming back for 17 years ! Walking distance to the downtown area , great views of Little Traverse Bay ! Would highly recommend the Perry Hotel , you won’t be disappointed !

I have only praise for this property. The staff was beyond exceptional! The property is located on beautiful grounds and just a short drive to downtown Harbor Springs. If you are looking for a new and modern facility this is not for you. Rather, it is eclectic with charm and sophistication. The food and wine selections were great.

The hotel was a perfect blend of nostalgia while providing updated amenities. I would highly recommend it to others. The staff was personable and professional. Two opportunities would be our room had not mini fridge or microwave and the coffee maker was in the bathroom which was inconvenient. Lastly the toilet was very low to the floor and difficult for my wife and I.
