“Listing said non-smoking room but when we got in all the furniture including the bed smelled like cigarette smoke. The air coming out of the A/C also smelled like cigarette. The location was great and communication with staff was good however it was not worth the price”

The curtains were broken and hanging down, the shower and bathroom had significant mould, the carpet was dirty, and the mirrors were also unclean. Overall, this made the apartment feel quite unhygienic and in need of a thorough clean and some maintenance. “Great spot to get to Suncorp Stadium. Great value just needed to be cleaner. We turned on a ceiling fan and it sprayed clumps of built up dust all over the beds … the dust in the fan was neatly an inch thick”
