“The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO.”

“The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.”

“This is quite a spacious flat and is modern and clean. The sofa is not very comfy and there are storage heaters that don't have chance to warm up so it wasn't very warm.”

“Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

“It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile. ”

“Good location Needs looking after, poor cooking items, tv in lounge broken, no batteries in the remote control, stains on cover which was over a dirty sofa. Marks on the table! Agents not countable and very poor communication! Would not stay again”
