“Aircon was broken and office closed by the time I went to put it on. Literally wore two layers of clothing and a blanket. I woke up in the morning and could clearly see my breath. Second night the staff laughed and said “oh it was a very cold night I’ll show you how to turn it on” for them to realise it was broken. Also had people partying next door until 4am when I asked them to tone it down - it would have been nice if the staff had instead.”

“The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!”

“I always love staying here. It’s by far the best Auckland hotel if you want value for money and nice, thoughtful touches. We love that there are 2 beds in the standard rooms, along with a fridge, hairdryer and other nice things. This stay was the best yet as there was a lovely garden area outside with a nice rose bush and a table and 2 chairs. The Naumi staff are always outstanding and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Thank you Naumi!”
