“Great location close to the waterfront. Lots of charm and cozy factor, and helpful staff. Our room was clean, but showing a bit of wear and tear. Reception is in the restaurant, and you may have to wait for restaurant guests to check in. Parking can be difficult at peak times.”

“Location was great with beautiful view from the room. Close to restaurants, shopping and pubs. Ambiance sort of shabby Victorian. No help in luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs - no lift in our wing. Never shown around the property or spa. No a/c. Heat and towel warmer off for entire hotel. WiFi spotty. Shower water pressure low. Breakfast was ok, dinner was ok. 3 star hotel and service with 5 star prices. Target clientele appeared to be tour groups.”
