Staff member who worked the evening of 7/27/26 was very disrespectful. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he said no without any regard. Plastic covering doorway for renovation. No daily housecleaning.

Our stay there was great! It was walking distance to old San Juan. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The only downside was, the hot tub didn’t work and there was no warm water. I would stay here again.

The Hyatt has a beautiful property and the view from our oceanfront room was beautiful. The beach was quiet and the pool relaxing. Check-in was horrible, long line and room wasn’t ready until 6. There is no entertainment during the day and night. If you just want to relax this is the right place. Check-out was the same with a wait. It’s also far from everything and they do not offer complimentary or any shuttle service. If you come, rent a car and have planned excursions. Restaurants were delicious.

Very comfortable, updated room close to old San Juan.
