Very friendly staff, but the hotel is old, relatively dirty and the biggest problem is that the rooms do not have a balcony.
What you pay is what you get. Excellent location of the hotel though.

Close to the beach, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to shops and restaurants. The shower was very small and very little water pressure. The parking was extremely expensive.

1 small block from the beach, friendly staff, clean, free breakfast and great amenities... what more can you ask for? My party and I had a pleasant stay during a busy travel week. Staff warmly greeted us and set us into aloha mode. Although the rooms (especially the bathrooms) could use some renovating, the property was perfect for spending most of your vacation at the beach or wandering through excursions. The hidden on site spa was epic as well and surprisingly affordable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Waikiki.
