Many upsides and drawbacks. Staff were lovely. Rooms large, comfortable bed, hot shower. Intensely loud drum music next door from 5:30-7:30 pm nightly. Included breakfast really lame. Coffee and bagel in crowded cafe with no seating available. Excellent bar with happy hour snacks in lobby on weekdays. Good location short walk to beach.

Location is great but stay in rooms further from the main street. Otherwise no sleep at night. Staff wasn’t very helpful to change our room.
