The property was brand new, clean, and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is their parking rate. As a local, doing a staycation, we are arriving with our car, and the rate seemed high.

Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant.

The place was beautiful and location wise was perfect. The only issue I had was with the parking. When checking in they did not say we needed to pay for parking. The parking lot was very small and on second day there was no available parking, which I figured was because the parking was included in our hotel reservation price. Parking was $42 a day which is pretty expensive for not having enough parking for the amount of guests. Other than this it was good

This location was very new and the rooms were spacious. Novy, at check-in, was extremely friendly and she even remembered my name every time I saw her. Breakfast each morning was delicious and there were always seats available. The pool area was very pleasant and had many lounge chairs with umbrellas along with many tables to sit at. Towels at the pool area was always available and the grounds in general, were well taken care of. My only suggestion is to create a sidewalk to the lobby from the parking area so you don’t get muddy from the wet grass after the sprinklers go off. 😉

The property had just opened 2 weeks before my stay. Everything was so fresh and new. The location was perfect for the business I needed to accomplish. Although i traveled solo there were many families enjoying the property. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and helpful. Special thanks to CJay for making me feel part of the ohana, for Manager Dave for his extra kindnesses, to all the front desk staff, cooks, and cleaners.

This is a new property and is clearly well run and cared for. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities promised. Poolside was relaxing. The staff was kind, but they clearly looked down upon 3rd party bookings and made more than one comment. Be aware that parking on premises is not free. Expedia doesn’t publish this on their site. $42/day and street parking will be ticketed. Even on a Sunday!

Nice location, clean and friendly. We didn’t like that one of the rooms has an issue with the bathroom sink and they said they will fix it and they didn’t, also it said rooms are clean diary and they only take the garbage out, not bed fixing, vacuum cleaning nothing.

The staff here truly went above and beyond! From the bell team to the front desk to housekeeping, everyone greeted us with genuine warmth and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The house keepers even tucked my daughters teddy bear in her bed everyday! It was very special. Total Aloha spirit! 🌺 The pool area was clean, relaxing, and well stocked with towels (always a win!). They have outdoor cabanas, bbq grills, fire pit (must reserve) which made it very family friendly. Breakfast was included during our weeklong stay, which was such a nice perk and made mornings easy. The only thing to note is that there isn’t a whole lot right around the hotel. There’s a coffee spot about a 10 minute walk away and Sage Creamery (ice cream!) about a 15-minute stroll, so bring your walking shoes and enjoy the adventure. The one caveat: parking is $42/night and there’s no adjacent street parking. We opted to park a couple of blocks away on the street, and honestly, it worked out just fine. Overall, a wonderful stay with a staff that really makes the experience shine. Mahalo for the warm welcome! 🌴
