Everything was up to our standards we had a wonderful stay an will be planning a family trip soon

We booked for Ocean Front paid extra. Not only we didn’t get this hotel but was transferred to other hotel. We went to their sister hotel. Gave us crappy rooms and hotel was blaming Expedia

We stayed in Room 221 from July 25 for a five-night stay, and we absolutely loved this resort! Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcomed us with a complimentary drink, and even surprised us with a free room upgrade. Our room was spotless, and everything worked perfectly. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated after spending time in the sun. The pools were very clean, and the poolside drink service was outstanding. There were plenty of lounge chairs available, even though some guests reserved chairs early in the morning. The beach was fantastic, with beautiful, crystal-clear turquoise water that was absolutely breathtaking. Every employee we met during our stay was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort. We can't wait to return!

Enjoyed the food and the views from the property. The rooms were very clean and the snacks were yummy.

I loved the friendly, smiling, and helpful staff, as well as the delicious food. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The main area for improvement would be adding more entertainment and activities throughout the day and evening. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to others. The wonderful staff, great food, and welcoming atmosphere made my stay very enjoyable.
