Excellent accomodations in a beautiful area of the city!

Fantastic hotel if you want to be close to Mall of America. We always booked here everytime we go to mall. Our room is clean, staff we're accommodating and friendly and breakfast was good. I recommend it.

Difficult to navigate entry and exit. Signage poor. Access either via an old narrow escalators that does not lead to the lobby or a door that brings you to stairs to get to the lobby. It’s necessary to enter through the restaurant Stock and Bond. Odd dragging luggage through a busy restaurant but it’s closed early in the morning requiring one to drag luggage down a flight of stairs to exit and walk around corner for uber . Cleary renovation was not thought through. No desk in room to work. No room service ( “we’re still working that out”). I will not be staying there again

Only complaint is a long line to check in. It went reasonably quick though
